Since every piece is handcrafted at SoFlo Customs, please allow 5-7 business days for production. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your sizing and custom text before placing an order.
